Rosehip Oil is derived from rosehips, which is fruit that grows on a rosebush. These tiny, red, edible fruits can be found when roses are still left on the bush after they die. High in Vitamin A, rosehip oil is thought to have amazing benefits for the skin.

In fact, a 2003 trial found that when osteoarthritis patients took rosehip powder over a period of 4 months, they reported a significant reduction in pain compared to the patients who were given a placebo. Interestingly enough, these same patients who reported a reduction in pain also reported an improvement in their mood, wellbeing and sleep quality.
